1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Madurohome (“we”, “our”, “us”), a company specialized in designing and producing custom 3D-printed house facades and related decorative products.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products and Customization

All products sold by Madurohome are custom-made and produced on demand. Each 3D-printed facade is created based on your submitted information, photographs, or specifications.

Due to the nature of 3D printing and artistic interpretation, slight variations in texture, material color, and finish may occur. These are normal characteristics of handcrafted production and are not considered defects.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders are accepted exclusively through our official website. Once your order and payment are received, production begins immediately. It is not possible to modify or cancel your order after payment has been confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

5. Production Time

The average production time for custom 3D-printed facades is 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order and current demand. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Finished products are shipped securely with tracking information provided via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processes, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order and personalized, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law does not apply. All sales are final once production has started.

However, if an item is damaged in transit, produced incorrectly, or does not match your order specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or partial refund.

8. Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed on our website are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and product size.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, product details, and availability without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and 3D models created by Madurohome are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Customers may not reproduce, resell, or commercially distribute any product or digital asset derived from Madurohome’s work without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Madurohome shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid for the order in question.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. Your personal information will only be used for order processing, communication, and legal recordkeeping.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

13. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
