Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Production Time

All 3D-printed house facades are custom made on demand, designed and produced specifically for each customer. Production typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on design complexity and order volume.

2. Shipping Times

After production, your order is carefully packaged and shipped with a tracking number.

Belgium & Netherlands: 1–3 business days
EU countries: 3–7 business days
Outside the EU: 7–14 business days (depending on customs)

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Packaging

Each facade is securely wrapped with foam and rigid packaging to prevent damage during transport. Framed pieces include corner protection and are boxed separately.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and product size or framing option. We offer free shipping on orders over €299.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@madurohome.com.

Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or alternative solution promptly.

6. Returns & Refunds

Under EU consumer law, customers normally have the right to return goods within 14–30 days. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products produced specifically for you.

Once the order is paid and production has started, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

Exceptions apply only in cases of:

Damage during shipping
Production or printing errors
Incorrect product delivery

7. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Once production or shipping has started, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
