Returns & Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Madurohome (“we”, “our”, or “us”). We take pride in crafting each 3D-printed house facade with precision and care. Because our products are made to order and personalized for each customer, different return and refund conditions apply compared to standard goods.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
Under EU consumer law, customers normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items produced according to the consumer’s specifications.
As our 3D-printed house facades are designed, modeled, and produced individually for each client, these orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once payment has been made and production has started.
3. Production Start
Production begins immediately after payment. Since each piece is made to order, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order once payment has been confirmed.
4. Exceptions — When Refunds or Replacements Are Possible
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Although returns for custom-made items are not generally accepted, we will review each case and offer a solution in the following situations:
- The item was damaged during shipping.
- A production or printing error occurred on our side.
- You received the wrong product or framing option.
If one of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
5. Reporting a Problem
To report a damaged or incorrect order, please email our support team at info@madurohome.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We may request photos or videos to assess the issue before offering a replacement or refund.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized 3D-printed house facades
- Gift cards or digital downloads
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is approved due to damage or error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping expenses.
